How long does shipping take?
Once your order is received, you will be sent a confirmation email. Following that, please allow for 1-2 business days to make your order. Shipping then takes an additional 4-5 business days, depending on the item. It is completely free.
Please allow for 1-2 days after your "Items have been shipped" for your tracking number to be updated.
Will my items arrive safely?
All of our items are double wrapped to ensure they arrive to your home safely and without a scratch!
How will I receive my tracking information?
You will receive your tracking number through email once your order has been shipped.
What do I do if I input the incorrect address?
If you have inserted the incorrect address when checking out, please notify us within 24 hours from the time you made your purchase. If you do not notify us within 24 hours, we will no longer be able to change your address and are not held liable for it.
What is your return policy?
Due to items being custom made and very limited, ALL items are FINAL SALE - Therefore, ALL ITEMS are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If in the rare case that you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, please reach out to us within 24 HOURS.
Do you ship internationally?
As of now, we are only accepting domestic orders.

We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. Once an order is marked as delivered by USPS, we cannot accept any refund requests under the reason that "the package was not actually delivered" because this is completely out of our control. Packages stuck in transit are above our capabilities. That is a USPS issue that we cannot control. We are not liable in the case that you put in an incomplete or wrong address and the item is lost.
